So it happened again! If I deviate from broccoli at lunch time, I end up hungry by the end of the day. I don't know what it is about broccoli that makes me feel fuller than other vegetables like peppers and zucchini, but I'm sticking with it! I have okra in the freezer and I don't dare take it to work now.
Thankfully I had a bag of pepperoni at work today, so I munched on a few of them to get me through. I would have been ravenous by the time I got home since it took an extra hour to get here because of the snow. Bleh, snow.
