Struggling again!
Yesterday was horrible. Before I knew it the day was gone and I hadn't eaten much at all.
Still having trouble getting the balance right and after weeks, I still feel lethargic and "not right" .
I don't have much in the way of cravings and have no hunger, but hate to eat for no reason.
I absolutely must exercise, but feeling like I've been run over is not too motivating.
Hoping this too shallpass..
