My goal was to lose 5# in May. I weighed 212.4 on 4/30. therefor I should be at 207.4 on the last day of May, 5/31. As of today, 209, so I have 1/6/3 to go in 5 days. Tomorrow is mikes birthday and I may eat more than I should so I need to keep this in mind. Whatever I get to at the end of May, I will again shoot for 5# in June. I think 5# every month is reasonable. I will always start the month off with a new goal no matter how much I lost the previous month.
I dont' really know what June will bring with Roger moving but I will remember to keep this up.
