Well made it through a rough weekend and a busy Monday. Today worked out ok in the end. looks like drinking sparkling mineral water after a light dinner helps. Last night ate a whole head of cauliflower for dinner. makes no sense, but it was good. Microwaved it whole until it was done. Then I broiled it until it was a bit crunchy. I t was good with some think teriaky sauce to dip. low calories and incredibly filling.
