Earthlady's Journal, 25 May 2012

This week is going well weight wise with the scales staying steady all week, despite PMT! I've been doing very well with food and staying within RDI every day so I should see another drop when the PMT phase is over. Also exercising quite well with long, brisk walks by the sea.

However, my physiotherapy is coming to an end after 5 weeks of daily sessions on weekdays, and unfortunately I don't feel there's much improvement. These are the times when I miss being in my own country. Even though I'm fluent in Turkish I still feel inadequate when it comes to explaining health problems. In fact, I think I've explained the problem very well but the doctor doesn't want to listen. I'll take a break and try to improve with swimming over the summer and if that doesn't work I'll try another doctor in a bigger city hospital towards the end of the summer.

Wow, good for you! Bummer on the shoulder, though...I would say at least keep up the wall crawls. It's such a good stretcher.
