I am absolutely exhausted today. Was falling asleep on the train ride to work and I feel like conking out right now. Coffee isn't doing much. This humid weather is making me feel sluggish too. Buh... I'm still going to go to the gym today since I get off work early. (otherwise it's go home and watch netflix). Chest and abs: Dumbbell bench press, dumbbell fly, pushup, decline crunch, exercise ball crunch, hanging leg raise. .. and a few miles on the treadmill. Hopefully I'll get a decent workout. I forgot to pack my pre-workout with me this morning :(.
I did manage to wake up a little earlier this morning to make myself an egg and spinach wrap. Lunch is the usual brown rice, spinach, grilled chicken tenderloin. Protein shake after workout Will probably have tofu for dinner.
