Seems like my body wants to weigh 130... it's very hard to get lower than that and stay lower. So I am happy about the consistent 128 for the past few days but I worry it will go back up as soon as I have even 1 day of eating my recommended caloric intake. I will continue to try to stay 500 calories under until 5/31 and after that if I go back to 130 then so be it.

You are exactly right about trying to get below 130. I've been sitting at 130 for about a month so I've said so be it! I'm happy with that and now I eat pretty much what I want just in smaller portions. It's an awesome feeling to get to 130 again (128.7 today)! Don't be afraid to go up in calories even 100 at a time. I still write down everything I eat out of habit lol! I had fries with gravy for the first time the other day, a steak a few days ago, lasagna last night while "maintaining" nicely. I just know to be careful now. Enjoy!
