I exercised this morning and did the Elliptical for 33 minutes, and free weights, working on my arms, and a little abs. Breakfast- Rockstar energy drink= 0 Carbs Lunch- Low carb vanilla yogurt=3 carbs Dinner- chicken and beef burrito w/ cheese <1 carb salsa=1 carb sour cream= 1 carb low carb wheat tortilla= 4 carbs Dessert= healthy choice bar= 6 carbs Total carb intake= 16 carbs
