went back to the gym yesterday and gonna HOPEFULLY start bootcamp tomorrow! gulp!
179.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 May 2012:
2165 kcal Fat: 84.92g | Prot: 88.87g | Carb: 274.13g.   Breakfast: fat free yogurt great value, skim milk, Instant Coffee (Powder, Half The Caffeine), great value french vanilla creamer, banana, sweet and low. Lunch: dominoes cheese pizza , nature's own double fiber, Natural Choice Smoked Sliced Deli Ham, dill pickle spears, hellmans mayo, ICEBERG LETTUCE, tomato. Dinner: cookies n cream ice cream, mexican rice, Rotisserie Chicken. Snacks/Other: kit kat. more...
