5.22.2012 Not a great day today, ate too much sugar and processed food. Keeping in mind that it was a special occasion. For tomorrow-> drink plenty of water eat three each of fruit and veggie servings squeeze in a run? 2.5 miles? stay under 1800 calories. Good job, babe.
