Started induction challenge and did well.

Did not do new weigh in as I am sticking (or trting to) to my rule of not eighing self any more often than every 4 days.

Was not hungry and came nowhere close to 1200 calories.

This is one of the most challenging aparts of this diet.

For the first time my ratio was way off with 41/45/14.

This is the highest ever in carbs as usually it is 3-7%.

I ate 4 0z of mussels, which was not in the FS food list, so for ease I just used it. Next time I will add it and use the actual values.

STILL : 847 calories and that was stuffing myself.
