aarrggg!! I just bought a new scale and it weighs 5lbs heavier than the old one. Not to worry guys, I didn't actually gain 5 lbs, it's just the new scale. It's psychologically frustrating though, I feel like I haven't gotten anywhere! But, it doesn't matter what the scale says...I know all the working out has gained me muscle because I can feel it, and my pants are fitting a lot loser than before so I still feel pretty good.

that's all that matters...going with how you feel rather than the number on the scale.

I definitely agree! I have a hard time weighing in more than once a week because my numbers just aren't going anywhere. But I feel and see the difference with the exercising! Don't get too caught up in the number, it's depressing :0)

Dont ever let what the scale says discourage you! You seem to be on perfect track! Keep burning those calories! I'm proud of you!!!

I want a new scale so badly...but I'm afraid that what happened to you, will be my plight as well! you want to talk about a head case!! I would be found in the bathroom, a puddle of tears all around me...LOL Ok, I'm not that bad! I just pictured it, and that NUT on the floor is NOT ME! :)
