Well... I am doing better today. I was sick on Monday, didn't go to gym for a few days after that and was eating super bad! Fast food, to be honest! I had it like 4-5 times... well... let me explain... Subway- 6 inch Pizza Sub twice, ordered a yummi pizza once and went to Taco Bell once... so that's about it. Now.. I am sick of all that food that helped me gain a few pounds that I recorded in the past few days.
I re-started eating well, have less sweets, focusing on veggies and a BIG bravo to myself for eating one orange every day, for the 3rd consecutive day now! I hate oranges, but am lacking Vitamin C, so I decided to push myself and on purpose have oranges!
I was having a flavoured coffee every day after lunch, which is probably loaded with sugar and not so good... I stopped, it has been a week since I had one... it's really hard! I was taking that coffee as a sweet thing to have after lunch, now it's painful, but the weigh-in from this morning feels good!

I went to gym last night, did a great workout! *I am sorry for not being able to support my friends on here while I was down... but I'd rather not complain until things are better and I can speak of them in the past, it just feels better to know that for now things are okay.

I had a lot of emotional, sad, confused and exhausting days, so the result of everything combined was the weight gain, lack of attention to things that usually matter to me... and so on... now it's all ok.

It seems like everyone is sick! Im just getting better from a bed ridden few days...the diet went out the window and I gained a pound! But Im back on it now, and going to a cuircit training class later and hope it'll kick me back into shape! Have you tried kiwi's as a source of vitamin C? I love them...small but rich in vitamin C...i mix it into a smoothie...yummy! You've done so well...getting back into it wont be too hard! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! :)

xklingx Thanks for the nice input. I know the weather does its own thing! Good luck on the circuit training!! It does feel better when you re-start the workout, so I am positive you will be better! As for the kiwi, I have my own story... I used to eat so much of it as a kid that my tongue would get irritated from only a few bites... so I am avoiding that too :( I do like it... but can't have too much of it.
