Started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred yesterday! My plan was to do it every day for at least the next 30 days until exercise becomes automatic BUT I am so sore today I could not bare the thought of it! I will do some sort of exercise today that is gentle on the body! Then back to Jillian tomorrow! Feeling sore in all the right spots is encouraging because I know that those are the place I will soon see results!!
