Good morning friends! This morning I am back down to where I was before my week off plan! I can't believe I was able to lose the weight I gained in only a week! I am so excited to be losing again! I am recovered from my concussion too. No more headaches or dizziness and I didn't have to take a pain pill since Saturday morning. I have so much to be happy about. I feel so much better than I have in awhile. It is a beautiful day,I feel good physically and emotionally, I am excited about starting school in June, I have wonderful family and friends. It is all good.
