Recently, I have been a very good girl - watching what I'm eating and going to the gym for an hour or more three days a week.
Starting Tuesday, I plan to make more healthy meals at home, eat fresh fruit and veggies, cheese and yogurt for snacks. I plan to hit up the gym for an hour or more four times a week and include serious weight training on at least two of those four days.
But tonight, I'm having pizza!
