This is my first day doing this and I am excited to get started! I am hoping that if I really pay attention to what I have eaten or have to look at the bad things, perhaps I will get back to eating just the healthy foods like I used to. I am pretty well educated about nutrition, but I am curious to find out just how much I am putting in my body everyday. Every time I look in the mirror I notice my body changing, and I don't like the changes that I am seeing. So, hopefully this will help me get back on track and stay there.
