well started back on the old sustained elevated heart rate eliptical training for 45mins tonight. hoping to get up to an hour each time. my life is loving the new me. havent got this many "My GOD your sexy" from my wife in a long time. the HIIT for only fifteen sets just doesnt seem to be cutting it. only losing three pounds per week. i know thats normal, but who wants normal? anyway i weigh in next friday so we will see of this changes anything.
