Ok, I don't know what the hell yesterday was about, but it's back on track for me today. I'm going to go work out now, had a light breakfast of yogurt and fruit. I'll make sure I drink no less that 8 glasses of water today, preferably 10 from all the sodium I had yesterday, and get my two cups of green tea in today, too. It's a new day. Don't feel all drugged up or whatever made me feel so sluggish yesterday. Sun is shining, too. That ALWAYS helps!

...LATER... Woo-hoo! Okay, a little cheer for myself. Did my work out and it was a fairly strong one. Didn't do the Shred, started off with the Power Sculpt 1 & 3. Amazing how much easier they feel when you haven't just given your all to Jillian! Did those, then Cardio 1 and 2, the yoga cool down, found I hadn't burned that many calories, so I put in a new DVD, Biggest Loser Bootcamp. Did that first level and another cool down. Calorie burning still up (4.6 per min), so at this point my work out burned 566 calories. Not as much as when I do 30 Day Shred first, I wonder how many more calories you burn once your heart rate is up. Well, the Bodybugg isn't a heart rate monitor, more of respiration and I don't know what, but still. Seems the last parts of the work outs burn a lot more than the first half or so, and maybe doing the 30 Day Shred first gets my heartrate up right away. Well, I know it does, I breath really hard and sweat like crazy. She is a crazy woman, indeed. Anyway, feel GOOD that I didn't let an entire day of messing up stop me in my tracks.
