So I guess in effort to make this work for me I am going to try and make a entry every so often. I am just starting this diet. I have put myself on a 2k cal intake per day. I am trying to burn 10 lbs per month.

I didn't sleep well last night for whatever reason and I did not want to get out of bed to go to the gym but I dragged my lazy butt out of bed and went. I hope days like that are few but I maintain the will power like this down the stretch.

I'm actually more concerned about becoming comfortable with the weight that I lose and lose interest to keep going. I will have to work through that when I get there but I have along way to go before that happens (think somewhere around 220 it might happen).

You can do this!! It's so hard to get your routine down and stay motivated, but for me coming back to this site has helped. There are a lot of people here who are willing to help give you motivation or just listen. It won't always be easy, but this is your journey for your health, so just keep going! Good luck!!
