Rockin' weight loss week. I dont doubt indulgence cheat day anymore. I lose weight with confidence. Its pretty awesome to see it work.
I know now if I follow my 1500 calorie a day plan, and do what I am supposed to (not cheat mid week!), then it will all fall into place.
Today is normally a cheat day, but wifey is on the program, and she has a baby shower tomorrow. Good times. We are also having breakfast in town to kick it off. Might take the kids out to lunch somewhere yummy. Nothing insane though, lol.
Still a little sore from last eve's bike ride. May do one later today in the afternoon. Yes! I will! This way I can pig out tomorrow AM at the buffet! I was really hungry at breakfast today, but had cereal, juice, coffee. Usually dont drink coffee or juice, but livin' large today!
