I am so mad at myself. I made fudge to send to hubby and I made so much that I only sent him half of it. Of course I had to sample it. I was not following the plan at all this week. I can't believe I did that after all of my positive thinking and talking. I wanna smack myself. I have to do better this week and from now on.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Fudge can lay low even the most stoic of dieters! Don't give up and don't stay mad at yourself. That won't help you. Pack the rest of the fudge away. Get it out of the house! Give it to a neighbour or friend who isn't watching their weight. Make a note in your recipe book to half the recipe next time you make fudge so you can send it ALL to hubby! Losing weight isn't a limited time offer. It is a lifelong commitment. Rome wasn't built in a day! Your body is capable of forgiving you. Just let your mind do the same!

hehe I like the way you said you had to sample some of it! Now that got me giggling because I always sip my partners drink before he takes his first sip - and he always says " are you making sure it's not poisened or something?" Just remember, tomorrow is another day (actually it is tomorrow because I'm only replying to this now!) and don't beat yourself up over a couple of fudge squares! Like Evelyn said, give the rest to someone who you know will appreciate a little sugar in their lives, even if it is fattening! Keep positive!

even the strong willed can not resist your fudge- i know i have had it! Hey cuz don't get down to hard on your self -it could have been death by chocolate cake! get back on that horse!
