Hey everyone, This is the first time I have actually tried doing a weight loss website but considering I am doing a lot of new things in life, I might as well give it a shot. I am an athlete by nature, I played sports all the way through college. After college I trained and competed in mixed martial arts and I have always worked out, ran, or done something. Unfortunately over a year ago I was sucked into a life altering addiction that has really made me re evaluate my life and where it was headed. Thankfully (with Gods help) I have been sober now for 7months and I am felling pretty good. One of the things about the addiction that has been hard for me to deal with was the fact that I had lost about 70 pounds in under a year, and now, of course I have gained all of that plus some back. I have learned to fill my life with things to keep me occupied but unfortunately some of those things have been food related. I have recently joined a gym in hopes to get back on track, but even just going has been a challenge for me. In the back of my head the addiction screams 'I can help you loose 30 pounds in a week', and that has been the biggest struggle for me.
