still pumped about the changes. no cravings for sweets. still concerned about my band but i am seeing my doctor on Thursday to make sure there is no slippage. If he says everything is okay i'll probably keep it but no more fills. It took me three hours to eat my yogurt for breakfast which doesn't seem right but hey maybe I'm just now after 4 years learning how to recognize the signs.
