Ugh, all the girls at the gym are going to think I died before I get back in there. It has been almost a week since I went. I am down .7 lbs today though, so that is a good thing. I didn't go too far over my RDI for yesterday, also a good thing.
I am going to be much more conscious today of what I am putting in my mouth and drink lots more water. So far, so good. I know I am just going through one of my down times and they happen every few months, but this time I am recognizing it as it is happening. I just can't seem to get out of it even if I know it's happening.
I did try to get the finace to go on a walk with me last night. Although he said he would do it, by the time I was ready to go he was not having it. We had eaten dinner, had dessert and were watching tv on the couch when I brought it up. I was just waiting for it to cool off, since it was like 90 yesterday. I could have guilt tripped him into doing it, but then the walk would have been miserable. Would have gone by myself, but I didn't have Rylee to take with me and we don't have a dog or anything. So I would have just felt funny. Tonight, we will go earlier.... He will grump that it's too hot, but he can kiss my *ss, we're going. And then he will get to go grocery shopping with me :) Let's see how he likes that!
I tried to post a picture from the 5K this weekend and couldn't get it to work.... does someone (Erika) want to tell me how they do it?? Have a good day, everyone!
