I have done ok EXCEPT I had chocolate pudding early hours this morning. I had planned to start back on Atkins tomorow but after I ate the pudding I realised I only said that so I could buy myself more time to eat crap! So I decided to just start again even though I had eaten the pudding and so far I have been good toDAY. I am really going to go for it this time. I have made a weight loss journel with photos and measurements and a few thoughts that will help me keep motivated. I also have a friend coming to live here in 19 weeks that hasnt seen me since I was 40kg lighter (like 88lb) So I want to lose SOME otherwise I am going to be very embarresed. Anyone know how much I could potentially lose in that time?

Also I am going to buy Windsor pilates this week. Anyone know anything about it? Seen any results?

I love Windsor pilates. I'm planning to restart my workouts this week. Tomorrow morning. It really tones your legs and abs.

I love Winsor Pilates!! I lost 13 kg after the birth of my first child on Atkins and Winsor Pilates (20 min workout). It really tones and gives you a workout. I was a little unsure about it at first because it was all floorwork but I had amazing results. Once you know the exercises and really focus on pulling the powerhouse and your butt and correct breathing you will feel the results!! I can't rave about it enough! I am back on Winsor Pilates and I find that I can manage the 20 min workout at sometime during the day in between juggling my children and I know that it will work!

Wow! Where can I get this Winsor Pilates and what is the price of it? You have plenty of time to drop a lot of weigh. Go for it girl!
