Well, today is the first day I started recording my food intake. Man, it's amazing how many calories you consume without even thinking. I'm already finding myself pushing the plate away before I completely wipe it clean. I just hope I'll have the willpower to keep going; I know it will be a hassle with my travels, but I'm going to give it a shot. I owe it to my family and myself...
