No weigh in today; I’ll weigh tomorrow. Today I have already ore-planned my meals to stay in my target ranges. This has been working for me. I went to a bodyvive class yesterday. Good aerobic. Today (if my garage isn’t too cold) I’ll get on my elliptical for at least awhile!!
157.4 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

With all this talk about "white fat" and "brown fat" and cold temperatures helping you to burn fat off, perhaps going into a cold garage would be beneficial?
