Day 18 / 120
Nothing exciting to report on the scale unfortunately..i have been not 100 percent on the eats and water but im trying to stay consistent as possible..I definelty need more water in these last couple days so i am going to do my best to get it all in today..how about you buddies, how have you been doing.
I feel rather exhausted but i think tonight i should be able to get some rest. Watch some modern family and just enjoy night.
