So today I fasted and I only had my coffee black with coconut oil added. I had a cup of hot chicken and tomato bullion. I am making dinner bacon wrapped beef filet mignon with two fried eggs. Jalapenos and crumbled gorgonzola cheese. I felt good all day and I'm kind of excited that I weighed myself this morning because I motivated myself to keep up... Next week I'm incorporating exercise into my new found way of living!!! I'm thankful and excited!
