I'm still not feeling 100%, but I feel like I'm getting there. I slept in again this morning, so we'll see if I have any time this evening to do a workout. My son has a basketball game later today, so I may not get home in time to workout, but I'm going to enjoy the game and not feel rushed to get home to do a workout. Plus, going to the game means I won't eat any junk during that time. :)

It is freezing here, like it is a lot of places I suppose, luckily we haven't had the snow like some areas have. We may get more snow this weekend though, we'll see how it turns out. I'm ready for the warmer temps, just to get outside more. I am not a cold person, my joints get sore and I just don't like feeling cold. I can stay out in the heat much longer than the cold. Why do I live in a state with four seasons again? I know I'd miss them all if I didn't have them though.

I'm going to try to stay positive and quit complaining. I will enjoy the game today, have healthy foods, and we may even get in the 50's on Friday before the cold comes back, so I might try for a walk that day after work. I can be healthy by taking this one step at a time and day by day.

It’s hard to be motivated in this cold weather ... I live in VA and I’ve been hating this cold weather too. Just stay busy and do things that keep you moving.

I hate winter because of this cold. 6 months of snow over here! What keeps me motivated is the thought of how I will look at the beach during our short summer)

It's all rain here in Seattle! Makes it hard to go for runs/walks!
