7 day weigh in. I have officially passed the 3 stone mark. Gawd, it feels like it took forever and no time at all, all at once. Here's to the next stone!!
204.4 lb Lost so far: 43.1 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
