Well I started over a week ago on facebook and have lost 3 pounds so far, I have cut back on the calories to about 300kcal per meal, and only drinking diet drinks, water and coffee.
I found the best snack for chocolate lovers at the store, no sugar added chocolate pudding from Jello in the dairy case. Its only 60 per cup, this way I can have my greatest down fall without guilt.

didn't like the fact that once I joined this fat secret thing I had to start from the begining again, so my ticker isn't showing that I lost any weight yet. I have lost three pounds since I started on january fourth. I am going to keep up this journal and the entries in the diet calandar, so that I can track what I eat and do.
