So this is a bit frustrating, and usually the time that I would stop trying. I've lost an inch around my waist since starting, but I still gained a pound this week. My work-outs are going well, but for this week I definitely need to focus on my eating (or resisting all of the temptations). I have to keep trying.

Today I'm going out and enjoying food. I know. That's not a good idea, but tomorrow I will get back on track.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
