I put off my work out for hours and hours but am proud of myself as I did it anyway. I did level 3 30 Day Shred, levels 1 & 3 of Body Sculpt and the 20 min. level 1 of Cardio Max, and the yoga cool down. : ) I'm feeling strong today! Maybe it's the work out, the hike from yesterday or even all the calories I consumed yesterday. But I feel good. Not very hungry today, but sure feel like drinking some wine! I opened a bottle of rioja and it's delicious. Better make something for dinner now! Think the challenge starts tomorrow. Should be easy enough to do, Lord knows I don't mind writing and I certainly don't mind reading others' journals to comment on, either. : )
