bad day in the gym today. a reduction of 30% in almost every exercise makes me a lilbit nervous. maybe its cuz I did to much the last days so my body is to exhausted to work well. Ill get 2days of to recover and will start over on thursday.

Now its getting harder and harder to diet. Im pretty close right now. I think I need to drop 2Kg to get my sixpack visible. This time I will not break down so close to the goal.
