It's amazing, really. You think you've gone over your diet and screwed up eating, but when you start adding up your exercise/activities for the day, you realize that you're right on track. Or, at least that's what tends to happen to me. :)
Caught up the diet calendar for the past two days since I missed keeping track yesterday due to a friend's band's show that I went to. I've been lazy today, activity wise, but the day ain't over yet. I may get up and do something later on.

it is amazing, isn't it? or the days when i feel like i've eaten everything in sight, get to the end of my day, and go "uh oh, i'm 200 calories UNDER my goal"... i love those days. the prove to me that the "good ole fashioned way" really is a lifestyle change, because everything in sight is actually everything healthy in sight!

Yeah I have that happen too! Love it! I guess it really means my appetite is changing! Grats to you! Oh I got one of those belts! I worked out in it yesterday - it really does make you sweat like MAD (it was kinda gross) LOL
