Ohh the Weekend!!!
I can be so good during the week but the weekend...I have no idea what happens but for some reason weekend is the worst for watching what I eat.
I should get out more during the day on the weekend and i think that should help.
I am loving zumbda and dancing it is fun.
I have to pace myself because I am Very good at the start and then it just crashes. Or i injure myself like i did last time.
Slow and steady wins the race... But i want it NOW!!lol
I have to remind myself not to overdo it.
I forgot how much i trully love gym. I love feeling my body work and feel the muscules hurt.
