5/9/12 Been dieting for almost 2 weeks this time. Just started keeping track of what I'm eating. Don't usually do this, but I hope it will give me a better idea of how I'm doing. I've lost about 8 pounds since I started. Time to slow it down to a healthier loss. Don't feel good when I lose a lot fast.
Feel better this week since I'm eating a little more. Need to keep it up!
