I took time away from here to use an 8 month free Weight Watchers membership. I recorded in both sites for a month to see how they compare for me. Looking up food choices was easier in WW, but I am not willing to pay $20 per month for that. I prefer the daily summary on this site. I like being able to see where my calories are coming from: carbs, fats, and proteins. So, I am back. Last March my weight was 235 pounds. I am now down to 210 pounds. . .I gained 4 during the holidays. So, let the journey continue.
