I hate junk food! I just crave good food but we have no groceries or time.... we have eaten a lot of subway because it's the healthiest thing I can think of when we are out.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
