Wow.. just went for a long fast walk.. That felt good. Nice view of the lake. I dont know about anyone else, but I tend to forget the beauty that is out there and how enjoyable it is to just be surrounded by it. Well one good check.. exercise done for the day. Well I still have plenty to come later at work.
