Honestly don't know I lost weight cheated this weekend
Sun 3 Woolies muffins doritos lays mutton curry lunch and supper
Mon cheesy cottage and savoury rice supper lemon creams
Tues sizeable portion graubouw wors chutney bread supper
Maybe some sort of delayed reaction have wait & see 2morrow, disbelief
146.6 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
