Okay -- blew it and really lost track on previous diet. Failed to continue my water drinking, exercise and food logging. Needto get back on track!!! The only good thing is that I am still 9 lbs lower than my previous start. So, as of today - here we go! Need to remember that this is only going to make me look and feel better! Especially when my Hubby's HS Reunion arrives in July. I really want to look good when I walk in on his arm that evening! Although he says he loves me the way I am - and that I'm not too large - I believe it will only be better and he can be prouder once I am toned and lighter - as well as feeling better about myself and my weight.
