Ate a little late last night. Did not sleep well...was tossing trying to get back to sleep from about 2 a.m. until just getting up at 4:30-ish. Maybe too much caffeine yesterday. Am riding to Snohomish this weekend, so will miss weighing in on Sunday. will see how I do while traveling. :-P
155.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
