didn't gain my normal 3-5lbs over the weekend which i'm really happy especially since i had pizza...but instead of having 5 slices i had 2.5! :o)
Starting to look at this as a lifestyle change not a diet...
176.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

BRAVO!!! I, too, have taken the attitude that I am NOT on a diet. I am making healthy food choices - well most days:)- and that I will have to make healthy choices for the rest of my life or be prepared to gain!
