Grr at me. I fell off the wagon quite a bit with the diet today. Even though I chose low calorie snacks... I chose a few too many for what I'm trying to achieve. Tomorrow will be a better day, I hope. What can I say? I was craving chocolate and stressed out. Exercise wise I was much more on the ball. Went for a mile walk with Mom today (and walking here is no picnic since we live in the mountains with lots of uphill places), and I did cardio with my guys at the home. I had my belt on ninety percent of the day, and believe me that thing needs at least two trips through the washer to get rid of the sweat. :D I really need to buy a scale so I can see if all of this is doing anything. Otherwise, I have to wait until I'm at the main office for work to sneak back to the one in the nurse's office. I hate doing that.

I don't know what you mean by "low calorie snacks" but I do know "Nabisco" and some others are trying to push these 100 calorie snack things. They are smaller servings and LOADED with High fructose. (which some believe is addictive) I tried these ONCE - and was dying to pig out for the rest of the day. If you having trouble with cravings HFCS is a good thing to get rid of. (Which means you'll have to make most things from scratch - because it's in everything. You can go get your food at one of those whole food grocery places - but that tends to get way to expensive for our family.)
Cook things ahead of time - and shove them in the freezer. And make sure you have fruit and veges for snacks. As far as the occasional chocolate craving - I get the Lite chocolate syrup and put it over a frozen banana occasionally. :D

Yummers, chocolate bananas. :D I was snacking on the things available at work, which is a really bad idea as there's tons of stuff within reach, especially since I'm usually cooking the guys' supper. But, I'm working on it.
