Oh man, what a weekend! So my weight didn't go down since last week, but at least it stayed the same. I was worried it would increase because of the awesomeness that was this past weekend. It was a friend's birthday, so we went all out to make it a ton of fun. Ended up drinking a lot of alcohol (yay white wine), eating indulgent foods (yay cheesecake and charcuterie), and staying out late. Surprisingly, I managed to stay pretty close to my RDI, though I didn't get in the exercise I wanted this weekend. Oh well - back on the wagon again :)
