I have been hitting my points and using a little extra since I started Friday. I am under today and I was wondering if its ok to be a little under on your points? Also when you gain back activity points do you have to use those? Any help would be appreciated :)

It is def OK to be under your 29 for the day. And do not feel like you have to use your activity points either...they are there if you need them but otherwise they just help accomplish your goals that much faster.
