Back to the clinic for weigh in and I guess the fact that my home scales weigh slightly higher... I caught a break and still showed a .3 pound loss from Friday. Alas, no real scolding. I did forget to tell you that on my program, Monday is typically a protein day. The rule is six protein meals, but don't add your carbs in as you would other days. Example would be eggs, lindora snack, chicken or cheese or both in a combo lunch (protein rich), lindora snack, filet or maybe one of your lindora bread products with tuna, cheese or sliced turkey for dinner and then another lindora snack. You just don't add the fruit, veges and lettuce... I think it sort of intensifies the ketosis and then you start back on regular menu Tuesday. You can get many of the same results by just keeping afternoon all protein. Love you and although my weekend was tough for me and I didn't adhere to things perfectly..... I did better than usual "weekend behaviour" because I knew we were in this together. Thank you:-)
